Ingredients

  • 1 pack Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • 3 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ lb thinly sliced turkey breast
  • ½ lb sliced swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips well drained
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • tsp dried minced garlic
  • tsp dried minced onion
  • tsp poppyseeds
  • ¾ tsp Maldon sea salt flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉ and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
  • Unwrap the rolls but do not separate. Use a large serrated or bread knife and cut the entire roll of sheets in half to separate the tops and bottoms. Place bottom half of the rolls in the 9x13 pan.
    1 pack Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
  • In a small bowl combine the dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and 3 tbsp of melted butter. Whisk together until smooth.
3 tbsp dijon mustard, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Spread half of the mixture over the bottom half of the rolls that you placed in the pan and the other half over the cut side of the top buns.
  • Evenly place the sliced turkey on top of the bottom half of the buns, then do the same with the Swiss cheese, and then the pickles. Place the top buns on top and gently press down.
¾ lb thinly sliced turkey breast, ½ lb sliced swiss cheese, 30 dill pickle chips
  • In another small bowl add the remaining 5 tbsp of melted butter, the minced garlic, minced onions, poppyseeds, and salt. Stir together and brush over the top and sides of the rolls.
8 tbsp unsalted butter, 1½ tsp dried minced garlic, 1½ tsp dried minced onion, 1½ tsp poppyseeds, ¾ tsp Maldon sea salt flakes
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the top of the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted. Let cool for 5 minutes and then slice with a sharp knife.
